I have been a customer with GVTC for almost three years. I just found out my bill was about to go up by 60.00 - this is for basic cable/internet.
I called and talked to the sales department. They rebundled & reduced my service so that now I am only paying 10.00 more a month. And they acted as if this was doing me a favor. Before the increase, my cable bill was already more than friends in San Antonio that have many more channels/services.
GVTC is a monopoly in the Boerne area and takes advantage of its customers. I live alone and and over 50...
and have to have the cable and internet for my home business. GVTC should be ashamed for taking advantage of their customers.
