Gvtc - New Customer
I had an other cable company for past 10 years living in Bulverde. We decided to try GVTC due to other company constantly increasing their prices.
Wow did i make mistake. We were up and running with GVTV mid December 2015. It has been almost 2 months and already have called tech support 4 times. I dont think I am a hard to please customer however I enjoy watching the news and drinking coffee in the morning.
Today is drinking coffe and writting a review. If you have time in your busy day to call tech support, waiting for them for fours hours on a week day for an appointment....then GVTC is your company. I do not have this time nor do I want to be challenged by the simple things in life T.V I am really disappointed that I signed a 1 year contract. They must have customers leaving very often they need the contracts to keep them.
So the end result for today...
I was told it might take up to 2 days to resolve my issue.
