Make sure you follow up and get in writing that you called to cancel your service with them. They will continue to charge you for service even if you no longer live there. Worst company ever. Not to mention I had problems with my cable once a month.

Constant battle with internet sevice. Pay premium price for service I actually get to use about ten days a month. Ive had the same equipment for five years and they tell me it should be working fine. You mean to tell me in five years no new technology has been released. So tired of not getting what I pay for with this company!
